How to pay
We need to receive payment before booking your assessment.
Fees applicable from 01 July 2025
If paying by cheque, please make it payable to:
Driving and Mobility Centre (West of England)
We also accept payment via bank transfer.

Please note at present we can not take payment via debit or credit card.
*A professional referral may come from a rehabilitation company or an employer, for example.

Refund Policy
We will retain an administration fee of £50 if at any point you withdraw your application for a Driving Assessment. We will retain a £20 administration fee for non-driving related assessments.
Cancellations and withdrawals within 5 working days of a booked appointment will not receive a refund.
