Office Administrator
The Driving and Mobility Centre (West of England) is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support the Administration team in clerical duties and the smooth running of the office. The recruit will primarily be required to assist with enquiries and data entry but may also be asked to contribute to other areas of the service such as finance, health & safety, statistics, and customer feedback. They will receive full training and supervision and will be part of a small, multi-disciplinary team of administrators, Occupational Therapists
and Driving Advisors.
The ideal candidate will possess strong initiative and organisational skills with the ability to work accurately and methodically. They will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to be sensitive and adaptable to the needs of a diverse range of service users. They will be interested in how their role fits with the bigger picture of disability and driving in the UK.
The post is initially for a 12-month fixed term contract, which will be reviewed and may be extended, for 25 hours per week worked over 3 and a half days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning, Friday). The administrator will be expected to work most hours in office. Arrangements for hybrid working will be subject to agreement.
Salary £18,000 to £20,000 pro rata per annum depending on experience.
