IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The Driving and Mobility Centre (West of England) is a Community Interest Company offering assessments and advice for people with medical conditions, disability, older age or frailty.
Our aim is always to keep people independently mobile, and to help them achieve safe driving wherever possible. There might be occasions where our team cannot offer support or provide a solution, particularly where safety appears compromised.
Zero Tolerance
Our staff will work with you in a courteous and considerate manner and will do their very best to help you to achieve your goals.
We will not tolerate any form of harassment or abuse towards our staff. In such circumstances where any of the following are displayed towards staff, we have the right of refusal to offer our
services:
• Swearing, derogatory or insulting behaviour or language
• Threats of violence
• Physical violence
• Abusive behaviour
• Sexual harassment
Any criminal acts will be reported to the Police.
